Who we are

B&B Exterior Services is a trade name of B&B Elite Home Services, LLC, a Florida limited-liability company serving Port Charlotte, Florida and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Formerly known as B&B Elite Home Services—the same local team and detail-focused service, now specializing in exterior property care. B&B Exterior Services is operated by B&B Elite Home Services, LLC.

Using this website

You may use this Site to learn about our exterior-cleaning services and to request an estimate. You agree to use the Site lawfully, to provide accurate information in any form you submit, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our forms or any related systems.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Estimates are not a binding contract

Submitting an estimate request through this Site is an inquiry, not an offer to perform services. An estimate is preliminary and based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an in-person or remote assessment of your property. No service is scheduled or performed until we and you agree on the scope, approach and pricing. We do not promise a specific response time unless we confirm one to you in writing.

Your information and consent to contact

When you request an estimate, you authorize B&B Exterior Services to contact you by phone call, text message or email at the number and address you provide to discuss your project and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by asking us to stop or by replying STOP to a text. Our communications are subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable Florida law, including the requirement that we obtain your consent before sending you certain calls or texts. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Service details

Exterior cleaning services are performed at your property. Where applicable, we select the appropriate method for each surface (for example, low-pressure soft washing for stucco, siding and roofs; higher-pressure washing for durable hardscapes; and detail-focused window cleaning for glass). We do not guarantee specific outcomes for surfaces we have not assessed, and we do not make representations about roof-life extension, paver-sealer lifespan, energy improvements from solar-panel cleaning or other results unless we confirm them to you in writing.

Photos and project images

Images shown on this Site may include our own project photography and, where noted, illustrative or demonstration imagery that is not represented as completed Company work. We do not present stock imagery as our own completed projects. You should not upload photos that contain sensitive personal information.

Our content and trademarks

The Site’s content, including text, logos, graphics and the B&B Exterior Services name, is owned by or licensed to B&B Elite Home Services, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without our written permission, except to print or store information for your personal, non-commercial use.
